This policy outlines the structural parameters for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Mr Woods Timber Supplies Ltd.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify cleanly for a product return, all items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, and preserved in the exact condition that you received them. If the item arrived with packaging, it must be returned sealed inside its original packaging framework.

The 14-Day Cooling-Off Window

Under the statutory protection of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind regarding an online purchase, you possess an unconditional right to cancel within 14 working days starting the day after your delivery date.

An approved cooling-off claim entitles you to a full refund of the original purchase price alongside the standard postage and packaging metrics originally charged to send the goods out to you.

Return Shipping & Collection Logistics

You are responsible for funding the logical return shipping costs back to our yard. Shipping costs incurred during a personal returns transit are non-refundable.

If you require MR Woods fleet transport vehicles to physically collect bulky timber or structural goods directly from your site, an asset recovery fee will apply. This logistics cost will be assessed and agreed upon during the returns setup conversation.

Inspection Windows & Re-stocking Fees

Upon physical arrival of your returned materials at our warehouse, our yard managers will conduct a thorough quality evaluation. Following inspection, we will notify you by phone or email regarding the approval or denial status of your refund matrix.

Important Processing Notice: A standard 20% handling and restocking charge is automatically deducted from all approved customer change-of-mind refunds.

Approved clearances will be issued directly back to your original payment card or funding source within 14 calendar days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If an officially approved refund hasn’t settled on your balances yet, please execute the following troubleshooting diagnostics:

Double-check your banking application logs or credit card ledger completely.
Contact your banking provider directly. Processing pipelines often require several merchant business days to route capital assets back onto your card layout.

Promotional Items, Vouchers & Clearances

Discount Codes: If an item was originally acquired utilizing a promotional code or reward voucher, your refund calculation will match only the exact net cash amount paid during check out, rather than the regular retail value.

Sale & Clearance: Materials purchased out of sale lines or clearance stock reserves are non-refundable if you simply change your mind. If you are uncertain about a specific batch, please check with our front desk prior to finalizing orders.
